thanks for your kind reply. After reading section 6 my question is: if a software fulfills all these requirement, which is the procedure to include it in CMIS compliant software?

You can find the latest version of the CMIS specification at http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/CMIS-v1.1.html. In particular, the general requirements for conforming to the specification are in section 6 Conformance (see http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/cs01/CMIS-v1.1-cs01.html#x1-6740006 ).
