Subject: document names in CMIS
Hi, I'd like to check that my understanding of the spec is correct... 1) The primary way to identify a resource in CMIS is by its ObjectId, not its path + local name. 2) There is no direct equivalent of the node name in JCR or a resource's binding name in WebDAV; as the document *display name* is a property, it may not be unique across the children of a collection, and thus can not be used to construct a unique path name. To me that sounds like a huge restriction (intended?), it really makes it hard to build meaningful URLs for documents.
