The table formatting in part II REST makes it hard to read.

The column headings don't repeat w/ new pages.  Also, when a method name is wrapped w/in a column, there is a dash inserted.  It's not clear if that dash is meant to be there, or if it's meant as a continue.

   1. remove-DocumentFrom-Folder
   2. removeDocument-FromAllFolders
   3. getAllowable-Actions
   4. getRepository-Info (this isn't wrapped, so why is there a dash in there?)
