That's quite consistent with what other systems do in my experience. I'd be wary of introducing in all entries something that can be derived (and cached quite well) from other information, in this case the type's property definitions. I don't see what property ids would bring here, I thought they were purely informative meta-information about a property's potential relationship to another property ("semantically the same").
