Why should this specification include response headers, etags, etc when it is covered by the normative reference to HTTP and AtomPub? Especially since there is nothing different/new about it in the rest binding? I was talking about missing examples, not missing normative text (yet). Of course we *could* get away without any single example, I just happen to believe it's a bad idea.
