The classpath file has lots of JAR references that do not seem to be 
included in those. It would *really* be helpful if there was a README 
telling readers what to do with it.

I was using "method" as in "HTTP method".

reference to HTTP and AtomPub?  Especially since there is nothing 
different/new about it in the rest binding?

I was talking about missing examples, not missing normative text (yet).

Of course we *could* get away without any single example, I just happen 
to believe it's a bad idea.
