reported by Ugo Cei during the PlugFest in Basel in keywords, so my interpretation may be off.

While the specification intends to mimic the Atom behavior for uploading files it seems that various vendors
were not clear on that they had to implement both mechanisms. Since this is a recurring theme I think
it may be great to be more specific about that in the specification
