OASIS board of director's election - Dave Ings

I am writing to seek your support for IBM's nominee for the OASIS Board of Directors election - Dave Ings.

Dave is running to replace Michael Winters who is stepping down from the Board. Dave is a colleague of mine and an experienced member of the IBM standards team who is very active at both OMG and OASIS. In particular Dave is the chair of the BPEL4People TC and is leading the BPMN 2.0 effort at OMG.
