I have edited the CMIS Part II -- ReSTful AtomPub Binding v0.62a and made the following changes.  This issue is to track what changes were applied.  I've not include simple typo fixes  in this list.

 - Fixed indention issue throughout - all headings were inadvertently indented.
 - Fixed various bullet formatting throughout for consistency.
 - 3.3.1, 3.3.2 - removed tables, corrected spelling of exceptions to match Part I.
 - 4.2 - Item 5a, changed to "Documents with content streams" (added streams), updated 5ai to say content stream as well.
 - 6.4 - Fixed service name for POST method.
 - 6.4.2 changed optional argument to folderId per service description.
 - 6.5.1 changed argument to returnPropertyDefinitions to match service description
 - 6.6 change "via" link definition to say "descendants" instead of children.
 - 7.1.1 changed relationshipType to typeId to match service description.
 - 7.3.2 removed some duplicate text around the optional arguments that was already stated in the description above.
 - 7..4.1 changed childType to type per service description
 - 8.2 corrected service for DELETE method
 - 8.2.1 - added includeAllowableActions, includeRelationships per service descriptions
 - 8.2.2, 8.4.2, 8.5.2, 8.6.2 s/not set/unset
