The domain model says about the Name property of Folder objects (2.7.4.2.2):
> For the root folder, the value of this field SHALL be "CMIS_Root_Folder". 

I don't see the point of this, and it causes additional special-casing in our implementation for the root folder.
I also foresee problems when with the new path-based navigation APIs.
I propose to remove this constraint.
