Subject: RE: [cmis] How to deal with issues to be reopened?
I take that back …
actually we can reopen issues. Let me know which ones you want to re-open. dave From: Choy_David@emc.com
[mailto:Choy_David@emc.com] Since we don’t have REOPEN
in JIRA workflow, the easiest way is to create a new issue and reference the
closed one. dave From: Jens Hübel
[mailto:jhuebel@opentext.com] Do we have a standard procedure how to deal with issues that
have to be reopened? I found a couple of (minor) issues that are closed but
where I can’t see that the result is reflected in the spec. It seems that
we can’t re-open closed issues. Therefore I cloned them with an appropriate comment. However
this is not a good way to have the history in one place and the relation is not
preserved by JIRA. If anyone has a better idea how to proceed in these cases
please share. Thanks Jens |
