Bulk operations:
- getFolderTree
- getDescendants
- getChildren
- getObjectParents
- getCheckedOutDocs
- query

Special cases:
- getContentChanges: includeACLs, includeProperties, and a SPECIAL include for "policyIDs"
- getAllVersions: includeACLs ONLY
- getRelationships: includeAllowableActions, Properties
