Restful binding document sections 8.3 and 8.4 need to remove or clarify paging in link relation sections

Section 8.3 and 8.4 describe the Folder descendants and Folder Tree respectively.   These are of mime type application/cmistree+xml and should not normally have paging links.  When I read this I thought that I need to put paging links in this type of output.
