Voting right; next meeting

To all,

We will soon request a Committee Specification ballot and a Submission
ballot to be conducted by OASIS. Every TC member's voting right has been
brought up to date, including attendance for today's meeting. If there
is an error, please let me know. Once a ballot started, it will be
difficult to correct voting rights.

The next TC meeting will be on Monday, February 22nd. If we do not have
sufficient agenda item by the Friday before, we will postpone it to the
following Monday.
