Topics deferred from v1

As was suggested at the last meeting, a wiki page has been created to
capture topics that were deferred from v1.

Please feel free to add to the list. This list merely serves as a
reminder. It does not define the scope of v2 nor guarantee the inclusion
of any of these features in v2.

At this time, there is no urgency to get v2 discussion started. However,
anyone who wanted ample time to pursue a v2 feature may get the
discussion going early. If you'd like to do so, please let us know so
that others can participate.

As I mentioned in the meeting, the TC will continue to operate under its
Charter, including the IPR mode and the stated scope.
