I'd be wary of having the domain model allow a PWC be able to be the LatestVersion or LatestMajorVersion.
I always understood PWCs to be a class on their own, and completely separate from versions. A PWC is checked out, and a version is checked in. They should not be mixed.
So I'm very much against the latest proposed further clarification.
