Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (CMIS-690) cmis:versionLabelcardinality not specified
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/CMIS-690?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=23717#action_23717 ] Florent Guillaume commented on CMIS-690: ---------------------------------------- The spec says (2.1.9.1): Additionally, the repository MAY expose a textual VersionLabel that describes to a user the position of an individual object with respect to the version series. (For example, version 1.0). This doesn't imply multiple cardinality. 2.1.9.5 doesn't suggest it either. So I think a cardinality of "Multi" would be contrary to the spec. FYI in Nuxeo and in Apache Chemistry's OpenCMIS we've always assumed cardinality Single. > cmis:versionLabel cardinality not specified > ------------------------------------------- > > Key: CMIS-690 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/CMIS-690 > Project: OASIS Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) TC > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Browser Binding > Affects Versions: V1.0 > Reporter: Norrie Quinn > > See: > 2.1.4.3.3 Property Definitions > We have assumed that it has "multi" cardinality (there can be multiple labels for a version), but I noticed that the browser binding describing it as single. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
