Ballot on Errata

To all,

With thanks to our Editors, we are ready to move forward with the Errata. I have just started a 7-day electronic ballot. An invitation is automatically sent to each TC member who is currently eligible to vote. Each of the three motions in the ballot requires a Full Majority Vote to approve. In this regard, not voting is equivalent to a NO vote.

Ballot description:

The document cmis-v1.0-errata-1-draft.doc (Rev 3, dated 3 March 2011), contains a list of proposed changes to the CMIS 1.0 OASIS Standard. Please vote on the following 3 separate motions regarding this document. Each motion requires a separate Full Majority Vote to approve.
(a) Do you approve this document as a Committee Specification Draft?
(b) Do you agree that the proposed changes DO NOT constitute a Substantive Change as defined by the OASIS Technical Committee Process?
(c) If this document is approved as a Committee Specification Draft, and if it does not constitute a Substantive Change as confirmed by a Full Majority Vote, do you approve submitting this document (possibly with a template change if required by OASIS) for a 15-day public review?
