The UNION could solve another restriction that the CMIS syntax currently
does not allow querying across all document types AND all folder types
(of course, specifying the same SELECT properties).

SELECT cmis:name, cmis:createdBy, cmis:objectId FROM cmis:document 
UNION
SELECT cmis:name, cmis:createdBy, cmis:objectId FROM cmis:folder
