Team,

I would like to add a workflow state management topic to our agenda. I don't have a formal proposal ready, but the high level idea here is to enable workflow state management and task listing. I believe there is value in capturing a workflow task, its associated payload and owner and the ability to accept or reject that task with a comment. Perhaps there are more robust states to consider, but perhaps this is a reasonable minimum. What do you think?
