Next Monday's TC meeting cancelled. Prepare for submission.

We do not have any agenda item for next Monday. The meeting is cancelled. Also, two weeks from next Monday, 28 May, is a holiday in the US. So, our next TC meeting will be on 11 June.

In the meantime, I urge all TC members to thoroughly review Draft 3. As discussed at the last meeting, we would like to start the OASIS approval process by the end of June. Any change to the spec afterward would require a restart of that lengthy process. Therefore, any bug, hole, or ambiguity that you can find in the draft may save us a few months of delay down the road. We need all the help we can get for this final, due diligence step of v1.1 development. Please consider this as an accomplishment before your summer vacation. I thank you for your help in advance.
