Your ballot to approve CMIS v1.1 with Non-Material Changes passed. Now it is time to prepare and publish the Committee Specification itself.

As you create your content from TEX source files, I have listed out below the changes that need to be made to the files you approved in order to create the Committee Specification so that I can load it. As a reminder, only the changes listed below and the Non-Material Changes you listed in your change log can be made to the files. Any other changes will trigger additional actions before publication.

The changes needed to the content of CMIS-v1.1-csprd01-2 in order to create the Committee Specification are as follows:

0. Change the file names from "CMIS-v1.1-csprd01.<ext>" to "CMIS-v1.1-cs01.<ext>". This includes the filename of the TEX source file.

1. Change the stage from "Committee Specification Draft 01 / Public Review Draft 01" to "Committee Specification 01"

2. Change the approval date from "18 August 2012" to "12 November 2012"

3. Change the "This version" links to:

5. Leave "Latest version" links unchanged

6. Under "Additional artifacts":

Change: "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/csprd01/schema/" to "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/cs01/schema/"

Change: "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/csprd01/examples/" to "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/cs01/examples/"

Change: "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/csprd01/tex/" to "http://docs.oasis-open.org/cmis/CMIS/v1.1/cs01/tex/"

7. Change the "Citation format" from:

Be sure to italicize the title as it is done in the current version.

8. For the PDF file, in the footer:

Change "CMIS-v1.1-csd01" to "CMIS-v1.1-cs01" and change the date from "18 August 2012" to "12 November 2012".
