Continuing CMIS 1.1 approval process

Happy New Year to all!
And thanks, John/Alfresco, for submitting a Statement of Use.
We can now continue the approval process for CMIS 1.1. Our remaining steps were summarized in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/email/archives/201212/msg00013.html.

I have set up a 7-day e-ballot to approve requesting TC Admin to conduct a Special Majority Vote (which is to approve submission of a Candidate OASIS Standard). This first voting may appear redundant but is a prerequisite for the second, more formal voting. All voting members should have been invited by Kavi to vote, or would be shortly. Thanks for your cooperation.
