Apparently Kavi has created two ballots from my one request. This is the second time this has happened, so I have asked Greg Carpenter to see if he can sort out what caused it.

For that reason, I am not going to delete the duplicate ballot at the moment so that he can inspect both of them. However, I ask that you make sure to cast your votes on the ballot I sent in the announcement:
