cmis:changeToken Queryable

Hi,

The CMIS 1.0 Specification does not specify whether the
cmis:changeToken property should be Queryable. The CMIS 1.1
Specification now states cmis:changeToken is explicitly NOT Queryable.

Is this change voluntary? It could be good to let it be
repository-specific, in order for repositories that support it to be
able to expose it in queries (for efficiency).
