Public vs private link for OASIS documents

Just a reminder:

All our work, so far, are open to the public. However, there is a private link and a public link for each document. The private link is only accessible by one who has logged in an OASIS user account. So, if you want to publicly point to a document in the OASIS archive, be sure to give a public link.

For example, for the Symbolic Link proposal that Ken just posted, the links are:

Private:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/54742/cmis-symbolic-link.docx
or
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/54742/

Public:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/54742/cmis-symbolic-link.docx
or
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/54742/

(The filename at the end seemed to be optional.)

For other documents, you can do the same prefix conversion. The key id is the document number (54742 in the above example).
