Typing genericode columns with a genericode code list

This is not something for genericode 1.0, but something to consider for a  
later version.  I've been looking at some code lists where the values for  
particular columns are taken from other code lists.  This suggests a  
potential requirement to be able to "type" the values of one or more  
columns of a code list against a key from a separate genericode code  
list.  I just wanted to capture this now, it doesn't require immediate  
action.
