We'll still take your member input, Paul, through 
the mail list ... voting privileges are only 
important when it comes time to vote on 
something, and I'm not expecting anything to be controversial in our work.

And I'm hoping all non-voting members take this 
to heart so that we get input from everyone on the committee.

I totally understand that everyone has busy schedules ... I do as well!
