I would just thank David Webber for his comments and leave it at that.  He  
isn't commenting about what we have done or plan to do, from what I can  
see, he is just throwing in some general feelings he has about code lists.

I don't see any specific suggestions in his e-mail we should follow up (in  
my personal opinion), mainly because most are out of scope for us.
