Preparation of and retrofit of genericode v1.0 OS on OASIS docs site

Fellow CLRTC members,

With many thanks to Paul and Chet, our work on genericode v1.0 now is 
available for all:

  https://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/genericode/v1.0/os/

I have retrofit GitHub to accommodate the necessary changes made by 
Paul, and so now we are producing an identical ZIP as the ZIP found 
in that directory. I have updated the "review" branch of the 
repository with the latest. I cannot think of any reason why any 
single line of code or data need be changed at this point for the 
OASIS release.

(Unless you find something I haven't found!)

Congratulations, everyone, on getting through all of this to this point!

I'm looking forward to contemplating taking this to JTC 1 and our next steps.
