Folks,

 

OK I have just uploaded our blank versions of the remaining
documents into the repository. Editors (self included) can now get to work.

 

When you have done an edit and are ready to share it with
us, I suggest using the 'Add a Revision' function (from the drop down menu
to the far right of the document line) to put it back. We do not need to
change the document name of draft number except on major changes or snapshots.
This will keep the documents director tidy as well.
