Tim for a Commmittee Draft Vote

Folks,

 

I think we are there. Joss did a pass on the style issues over the weekend.

 

Here is the plan. I will make one more round of revisions to clear any change tracking and set the data to Nov 3^rd. According to process (https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin/approving-a-committee-specification-or-note-draft) I then need to make a zip file with all the bits in place. Then I will start a ballot (we could do it on the call, but this will guarantee we all get counted).

 

On Tuesday's call, we'll close all issues/actions, confirm the result of the ballot and start the request for committee draft process in OASIS.
