OK you are very thorough. Those ‘links’ should not be
there. They should be simple text ‘POST segment’. 

  

Paul Bruton did the implementation of the IDA for Coelition
and therefore the early spec text was lifted from his documentation for
the IDA. That style was then reused in the MMI and PQI. We never noticed
that these were links. 

  

Your choice, remove them or we’ll just pick it up as
an issue going forward.
