[ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/COEL-16?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=62073#comment-62073 ] Paul Bruton commented on COEL-16: --------------------------------- David and I discussed this further and think that the first two items can be discarded but the shared-device item is still of interest to IOT. > Extended features in device management in MMI. > ---------------------------------------------- > > Key: COEL-16 > URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/COEL-16 > Project: OASIS Classification of Everyday Living (COEL) TC > Issue Type: New Feature > Environment: Data Engine > Reporter: David Snelling > Assignee: David Snelling > Priority: Minor > > Paul suggested the following. These seem not required, as they can be accomplished without specific convience operations and therefore not minimal. > PATCH /operator/permanent-device(opid,did,cid) – to associate a device with a consumer 1-1 for all time > PATCH /operator/temporary-device(opid,did,cid,time-period) – to associate a device with a consumer for a time period (e.g. a wristband). Atoms received outside this time period are ignored / quarantined > PATCH /operator/shared-device(opid,did,cid) – to associate a device with a consumer, in addition to other consumers it is already associated with. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.2.2#6258)
