Tessella Ref: NPD/8140/CL/CSC/2017Jan11-14:49:24

Thanks Chet,

I can see 28 NEW issues (COEL-89 to COEL-116).

JIRA is quite clever when it moves issues so if you have links to the original tab ones (such as https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/tab-1460) then it redirects you to its new home (https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/COEL-103 in this case).

I will look at labelling them in some way so we can see that they are from Patrick's original set.

Kind regards

/Paul

HI David, hi Paul,

Ok, all set. You should see an email from JIRA notifying you of the moving of the issues to your JIRA project.

Because Patrick is not a member of the TC, his name was not carried over. It names me as the reporter instead which is fine. You'll know them in that way.

It was 28 issues in all.

Patrick, there is no way (that I find anyway) to copy the issues over so they are no longer in the TAB JIRA. I pulled them down in a spread sheet before copying so that we'll have a copy. I'll load that to the TAB document repo.

Let me know if anything is amiss.

Hi Chet, Hi Patrick,

David has beaten me to it. Yes, moving them into our JIRA project would be great.

Many thanks

Hi Paul,

We don't have a way to open up tickets for non-TAB members. However, I can export the issues over to your JIRA project so that you can handle them there. Would you like to proceed with that?

Paul,

I'm copying Chet Ensign with this response because your question about editing rights is beyond my pay-grade. ;-)

Good question though!

Hope you and the TC are at the start of a Great New Year!

Hello Patrick,

Many thanks for your contributions to the COEL draft review. Our TC met this afternoon and we will take them on board as we review our documents.

Your suggestions for how we progress them suggest that we should use JIRA to defer or resolve them. None of us in the COEL TC has any editor rights on the TAB issues list. How would you like us to work with those issues? We could look to move them into the COEL issue list, or we can give you to a list of COEL users who are likely to be assignees if you wanted to grant them editor rights.

All the best,

Paul

Subject: [coel-comment] TAB comments on COEL drafts

Greetings!

Members of the Technical Advisory Board endeavor to comment on all 30
day public review drafts.

Comments on:

Classification of Everyday Living Version 1.0

Roles, Principles, and Ecosystem Version 1.0

Behavioural Atom Protocol Version 1.0

Minimal Management Interface Version 1.0

Identity Authority Interface Version 1.0

Public Query Interface Version 1.0

are attached.

It isn't necessary to acknowledge each comment separately.

A single email acknowledging this email will be sufficient.

If the TC chooses to ?defer? resolution of an issue to a later
version, please choose Defer Issue under Available Workflow Actions
(after opening the issue).

When the TC has acted on these issues, I would appreciate a pointer to
the TCs resolution as the TAB is tracking the resolution of comments
from TAB members.

Hope everyone is at the start of a great weekend!

Patrick
