I can see that this needs to be separated out. But perhaps it should just go into the MMI? There is a
similar construct in the IDA section which forms part of the overall conformance. If separate then the proper name for the section would be ‘COEL Data Engine Interface’. This same information request is actually implemented on the Activinsights server – but I don’t think
