Yes, that might work, but I think there
is still a question of whether there is a single statement for a
conformant data engine: IOW Does a DE need to implement BAP & MMI &
PQI (& this Data Engine Information interface)? Should we state this
explicitely?

I can see that this needs to be separated out. But perhaps
it should just go into the MMI? There is a similar construct in the IDA
section which forms part of the overall conformance. If separate then the
proper name for the section would be ‘COEL Data Engine Interface’.
This same information request is actually implemented
on the Activinsights server – but I don’t think we need to mandate this
for Service Providers, do we?

For discussion: Separated out the 'Data Engine Information
Request' from the BAP into a new section (10 in this document but ought
to be earlier). A Data Engine needs to provide this interface explicitely
as well as the PQI/MMI/BAP.
