I agree with the your questions on COEL-90 and there are a few more issues in this vein. We can decide in the call if we want to work through this discussion

I've scanned that list and I agree that we can progress those to closure. The only one that might benefit from some further thought is COEL-90: I wonder are we being crystal clear that there is only
ONE COEL Model instance (albeit many versions of), it is a normative part of the specification and that 4.2 defines its structure and principles for management?
