Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (COEL-101) BAP - Normative vs. Non-Normative Text

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/COEL-101?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=66340#comment-66340 ]

Joss Langford commented on COEL-101:
------------------------------------

The BAP section of the new single document has normative and non-normative text clearly seperated. The purposes have been defined in the non-normative references.

> There is no distinguishing between normative and non-normative text. Examples appear alongside normative text.
> The standard Purposes of MVCR-v0.7.9 are another example of non-normative text (I think, it isn't clear).
