Time to Publish COEL

You will have seen the very significant revision we just sent through Public Comment. We only had one comment of substance, which we will respond to. No document changes required for this.

In our own reading we spotted one small change needed (non-substantial). Did you make any changes for public comment, or should just rev the current CD draft before passing it to you for publication?

We will then be in a position to seek statements of use. Do you have an example we could use to provide guidance for our implementers? Also, since the specification describes an ecosystem, no one party will need to implement the whole thing. I guess this is the case with client/server specification as well, so the fact that no one implementer will have implemented the whole thing should not be a problem, but I just want to check.

We have the complete implementation with the DE from Fujitsu, the IDA from Coelition, and the Service Provider from Activinsights, so that’s three to start with. We also know of a number of other projects that are using/referencing parts of the spec, e.g. the classification model but not the protocols. Would these count as well?
