I have finalised the comment logs for both
public reviews and sent them to Chet.
 
I think the next steps are to:
1.        Update
the document with the non-material change (manual red line & add change
history) : COEL-188
& COEL-191
2.        Respond
to the public review feedback : COEL-187
3.        Set-up
our ballet for approval (https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin/approving-a-committee-specification-or-note-draft-with-non-material-changes)
4.        Request
a Special Majority Vote (https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-note-ballot-request)
