COEL Ballot - some errors, sorry

Afternoon all,

I thought I would do a quick sanity
check before voting and took a look at the JSON and the Schema for  the
PQI and I'm afraid there are a few errors.

1) The schema for the request and response
are both missing a '}' at the end - fairly minor, but this is normative
content
2) Both query examples are missing the
required 'OperatorID' element (page 61)

I can't vote to approve, and I'm a bit
short on time today to take a closer look at the rest of the JSON - it's
tricky stuff but we ought to get it right.
