We acknowledged that the public review
ended on May 23rd and there are no comments we are aware of.

Dave took the action to talk to Chet
about next steps. Our assumption is that we need to:
 - request a Committee Specification
(based on the draft at http://docs.oasis-open.org/coel/COEL/v1.0/csprd03/COEL-v1.0-csprd03.docx)
 - collect a set of statements
of use.

Following that we will request a vote
to approve submitting the CS to the membership as a Candidate OASIS Standard
