Call today and going forward

Congratulations everybody and thank you to everyone who has contributed to getting to this point over the last 6 years.

 

Unfortunately, I will not be available for the call today. Toby and I had an informal discussion last week for our plans for the next year and the best way to structure our calls to facilitate this.

 

My focus will be on driving adoption for the next 12 months rather specification drafting, although I am sure that interactions will be create opportunities for specification clarification and extension. There are two topics that I’d like to start exploring further: 1) identifying processes and partners to continue building the COEL model and 2) how our ecosystem structure might adapt for more distributed identity systems. I am sure there may be other objectives around the table too.

 

It might be that a quarterly voting meeting with monthly working meeting is a more suitable structure for us going forward with the ability to convert a monthly meeting to a voting meeting with a few weeks’ notice.
