'Operator' concept for personal data is becoming established

The MyData builds on the operator described in the COEL standard to create a human-centric operator of infrastructure for personal data management. We have just recognised 16 organisations from 12 countries for they deliver this functionality for individuals:

This work is given additional impetus and relevance by the upcoming EC legislation on ‘data intermediaries’ to improve data sharing:
