Heating oil drifted just under the print and closed around 68.75cts gal. 
Gulf Coast bbls plunged to 2.25cts gal under the screen or to just 66.5cts 
gal or so. These are the lowest numbers since late Spring in some cases.
  The high sulfur numbers dragged low sulfur quotes down as well despite 
relatively snug supplies downstream. Gulf Coast diesel was 1.5cts gal off 
the screen, or around 67.6cts gal and New York bbls were at a modest 
1.75cts gal discount to the print...as of 11-08-02..
