Subject: [controlled-trade] Updated CTML Vocabulary
I've just posted a new version of the CTML vocabulary, and I want to share some additional information with everyone. First, we've highlighted all new terms in YELLOW just to distinguish them from what was there previously. Second, we've also tried to organize the documentation around the controlled trade environmental model, so you expect to see additional movement of vocabulary terms within the structure. Third, we have included an entirely new section within the Item section that reflects suggestions from our Latvian colleagues. They have invested a huge amount of information, time, and energy in exploring the chemical domain, and we've tried capture the fine work they've done. Last, Bill: there are a number of new terms in the Verification section that I believe you have already addressed. Is there anyway we can get drops of ITDS or other definitive work from WCO activities that we can "plug" into this document. I think that we would like to have as clean an interface to that section as possible. There may be concepts that our domain has that you could use as well. Let me know. If everyone could take a look at the latest iteration and forward any ideas, suggestions, models, or other information that would be helpful. We'll make sure that we get it included in the next iteration. As usual, you can find the latest documentation at the following URL: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/controlled-trade/documents/vocabulary/C TML_Vocabulary.pdf
