John Greacen commented during today's conference call about the federal courts using a separate system to view filed documents.  It is also true that some local courts do the same thing.  For that reason we should not assume that some of the query interfaces will necessarily be implemented using the same application as the filing interfaces.  Even as two separate systems, the interfaces can still be standards compliant.
