"Two months ago, Judge Rafeedie declared the firm's disabled client, Jarek
Molski, a "vexatious litigant" and ruled that Molski would have to get a
judge's permission before filing any more suits under the act in the Central
District of California. At the latest hearing, the judge said he has decided
to impose a similar prefiling requirement on the Frankovich firm."
