This is a proposal to allow multiple interchangeable formats (XML, JSON, plain text Key-Value pairs) that can be in-lined in email announcements, commit messages, changelogs, webpages while still being machine readable. Similar to what other former XML-only standards are doing (such as STIX, TAXII, Cybox, etc.)
