missing granular_markings

I noticed that in "STIX Version 2.1 - Part 1 - WD01" in "​4​ Language Content” (page 32) the
text only mentions 3 embedded relations; created_by_ref, object_marking_refs and object_ref.
It leaves out the granular_markings. Is this correct or should granular_markings be included.
